DRC supports scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops relevant to its mission and will consider applications up to a maximum of $5,000.  Applications for conference support are accepted for consideration throughout the year. *

The following will be considered in the context of how it relates to DRC’s goals:

  1. How the meeting/conference aligns with DRC’s mission
  2. Purpose/Goal of the meeting/conference
  3. Format, agenda, and location of meeting/conference
  4. How the requested funds will be used and promote DRC’s work
  5. Organizers and participants expected
  6. Past conference/meeting history and effectiveness
  7. Other supporters/funders of the conference
